This Site provides information and resources to allow you to participate in our efforts to make our products / services more responsive to the needs of our customers. We hope you find this experience rewarding.

In order to allow us to best serve our customers and ensure the orderly operation of this site, we must ask you to abide by a few simple rules. By using this site, you will be deemed to have agreed to do so.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

Participation in the General Mills Worldwide Innovation Network is completely voluntary. You may participate as often as you like or not at all.

You may provide us with as much, or as little, personal information about yourself as you choose. While the more information we have, the better we can serve you, we respect your privacy and right to keep your information confidential. We will treat any of your information consistent with our privacy policy.

You may change your profile and personal information, and may withdraw from your participation in our site at any time. Any personal information that you provide to us and later withdraw permission for us to use will, from that point on, only be used for our internal recordkeeping and analysis purposes and will not be published on this site.

By providing any information about your ideas to us through participation in the General Mills Worldwide Innovation Network, you agree that we may use such information for any legally permitted use, including product development, marketing and similar uses and may disclose such information to others as we see fit. You will not receive any compensation for submitting ideas to us, you will not obtain any rights in our proprietary information or the proprietary information of any other party unless we enter into a separate agreement to that effect. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you.

This is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed in the preceding paragraphs.
